The Courses are broken down into Chapters, and within each chapter are individual modules. In Course 01: THE CORE, there are 6 main chapters & 33 individual learning modules / segments.

Each Chapter has an Intro Video, and each module has a corresponding educational video — as well as interactive galleries, takeaway notes, mood boards, etc. You can go at your own pace and log in anytime to experience the content.
